Our Principal Consultants

Jason Cox  

Jason is a business strategy, performance and improvement specialist with 20 years experience including provision of professional services for more than 60 asset and finance management businesses, organisations and regulators globally.   Prior to founding JNC Solutions he held Transformation Strategy and Business Performance Manager roles at electricity and gas network business AusNet Services.  Jason was previously a Director and Principal Consultant with Marchment Hill Consulting and his consulting experience includes energy and water utilities, infrastructure and asset management sectors and retail and business banking.  He holds a Master of Science degree and is a member of the Australian Institute of Energy.

Naomi Yamada  

Naomi has worked in the health sector for 15 years, initially with Royal Melbourne Hospital and later with several medical supply businesses including over ten years with Medtronic, a global leader in implantable devices and medical equipment.  Naomi has worked across Australasia in strategy, marketing and market evaluation, sales and business development and education roles.  In recent years she has specialised in patient access and experience improvement and health product and services market evaluation.
